NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-023944 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee structured under Securitization Servicing Agreement dated as of November 1, 2005 Asset-Backed Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR1 , is the Plaintiff and Sheryl L. Travis, Eddie L. Travis, Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
