SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and ARIEL HERRERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARIEL HERRERA IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LAKE BRANDON ASSOCIATION, INC.; EDGEWATER AT LAKE BRANDON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY LLC; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 13th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 32, EDGEWATER AT LAKE BRANDON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE(S) 73 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 2402 HIBISCUS BAY LANE, BRANDON, FL 33511.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
