UNIT NO. 6306, BUILDING 45, OF RAINTREE MANOR HOMES CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III-B, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3624, PAGE 1880 AND AMENDED BY OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4225, PAGE 578, AND FURTHER AMENDED BY OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5289, PAGE 411, AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 54, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before May 27, 2013 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
