NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale signed February 28, 2013 and a Final Judgment dated Febraury 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-016094, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC. A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and YIZHAQ SVORAI; MIRIAM SVORAI; WACHOVIA BANK, NA; SUNLIFE HOMES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 13th day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 46 AND 47, BLOCK 20, SUNSET PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 4801 West Sunset Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33629.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
