NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-020411, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of November 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-D is Plaintiff and WANDA WIMBUSH; , et al, are defendants. The clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, , except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 14, 2013, at 10:00a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
