NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-023120 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which US Bank National Association as successor Trustee to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-AR15, is the Plaintiff and Abinis Correa, Copperfield Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 16th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK 4, COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
