NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-007955 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Ramon Adato, Huntington by the Village Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 23rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
