NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-016057 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, N.A. , is the Plaintiff and Cody Ngoc Nguyen a/k/a Cody N. Nguyen, H.J. Ingold Inc DBA Paul Davis Restoration of Tampa West, RBS Citizens, NA, Villa Sonoma at International Plaza Condominium Association, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 31st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 2106, OF VILLA SONOMA AT INTERNATIONAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14497, PAGE 358 ET SEQ. TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
