NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-018796 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Zachery Wells, Cherish June Wells, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
