NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2012 and Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-000055 Div. J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Trapnell Ridge Community Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Steven A. Prue and Faith E. Prue are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 17, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 5, TRAPNELL RIDGE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 106, page 83, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
