NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-000636, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GUILLERMO MUNOZ; SUNTRUST BANK; YOLANDA MUNOZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A CHALKER ANDERSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, IN BLOCK 1, OF TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK SECTION 9 UNIT 13 A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, AT PAGE 91 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
