HSBC Bank USA, N.A. as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of August 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-B, Plaintiff and MONICA GAVILAN; CELINA MARTINEZ; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
