NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-014880, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1, is Plaintiff and STEVEN PITCHER; RODELYN PITCHER; MICHAEL JORDAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL JORDAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CHAPEL MORTGAGE CO; BENJAMIN E. SHERMAN & SONS, INC. AS LANDLORD OF MONTECITO APARTMENTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
