NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007503 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Stephanie D. Burns; Unknown Spouse of Stephanie D. Burns If Any; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; John Doe And Jane Doe As Unknown Tenants In Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 29th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 18, PROGRESS VILLAGE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
