NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-015155, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and RICHARD P MORELLI; RICHARD P MORELLI AS TRUSTEES OF UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 31, AND FIRST AMENDMENT DATED JANUARY 23, 1995; JACQUELYN MORELLI; JACQUELYN MORELLI AS TRUSTEES OF UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 31, AND FIRST AMENDMENT DATED JANUARY 23, 1995; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF RICHARD P MORELLI AS TRUSTEES OF UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 31, AND FIRST AMENDMENT DATED JANUARY 23, 1995; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF JACQUELYN MORELLI AS TRUSTEES OF UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 31, AND FIRST AMENDMENT DATED JANUARY 23, 1995; THE EAGLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ST. ANDREWS AT THE EAGLES, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK A, ST. ANDREWS AT THE EAGLES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
