NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described in the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 16th, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.

That part of the North 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 29 South, Range 22 East, lying East of the East right of way line of State Road 39 (40 feet from the centerline) less the North 206.30 feet and less the East 939.82 feet and less that part taken for right-of-way in O.R. Book 3194, Page 838, case No. 76-12276; all of the above in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
