NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002856 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JEAN NATHANIEL DOUILLARD, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 57, Block 8, EASTON PARK, PHASE 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 110, Page 203, of the Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
