RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-008872 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MELINA TABARES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit No. 9412, Building 21, of LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and According to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 14750, Pages 34 through 162, Modified in Official Records Book 14481, Pages 1968 through 1970, and amended in Official Records Book 15596, Pages 1955 through 2008, and any Amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
