NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” and the “Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale,” entered in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A,” together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith, to the highest bidder, for cash, via the internet, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on June 6, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.

From the Westerly corner of Lot 5 of Block 21 of the REVISED MAP OF HOLDEN' S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 19, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence South 36°24'00” East, along the Southwesterly boundary of said Lot 5 for 105.22 feet; thence North 53°36'00” East, for 10.90 feet, for a Point of Beginning; run thence North 53°6'00” East, for 30.50 feet; thence South 36°24'00” East, for 104.80 feet; thence South 53°36'00” West, for 30.50 feet; thence North 36°24'00” West, for 104.80 feet, to the Point of Beginning.

That part of Lots 4 and 5 of Block 21, of the REVISED MAP OF HOLDEN' S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 19 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, described as: Beginning at the most Westerly Corner of said Lot 5, run thence North 53°17'00” East, along the Northwesterly boundary of said Lots 5 and 4, for 170.00 feet; thence South 36°24'00” East, parallel to the Northeasterly boundary of said Lot 4, for 358.20 feet, to the Northwesterly right of way line of Bayshore Boulevard; thence South 55°26'00” West, along said Northwesterly right of way line, for 170.08 feet, to the Southwesterly boundary of said Lot 5; thence North 36°24'00” West, along said Southwesterly boundary, for 351.82 feet, to the Point of Beginning, LESS that part described as: From the most Westerly corner of Lot 5 of Block 21 of the REVISED MAP OF HOLDEN' S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 19 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence South 36°24'00” East, along the Southwesterly boundary of said lot 5, for 105.22 feet, thence North 53°36'00” East, for 10.90 feet. for a Point of Beginning; run thence North 53°36'00” East, for 152.95 feet; thence South 36°24'00” East, for 104.80 feet; thence South 53°36'00” West, for 152.95 feet; thence North 36°24'00” West, for 104.80 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
