NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, under and pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure heretofore entered on the 18th day of April, 2013, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, being Civil Action No.: 2013-CA-03063-K, in which FIDELITY BANK OF FLORIDA, N.A. (“FBFNA”), is the Plaintiff and P&B RETAIL, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation (“P&B Retail”) and RAJIV MAINI, individually (“Maini”), jointly and severally, are the Defendants, and under and by virtue of the terms of the said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure will offer for sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 12th day of July, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the morning, the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale, the real and personal property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida and legally described as follows:

EAST 150 FEET OF THE NORTH 125 FEET OF TRACT 43, TEMPLE TERRACE, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAY OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. THIS IS A FIRST MORTGAGE.
together with all improvements, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances pertaining thereto.
Personal Property
Blanket lien on All Fixtures and Equipment: whether any of the foregoing is owned now or acquired later; all accessions, additions, replacements, and substitutions relating to any of the foregoing; all records of any kind relating to any of the foregoing; all proceeds relating to any of the foregoing (including insurance, general intangibles, and accounts proceeds). The location at which all or part of the above described collateral was originally located is described as 5315 BUSCH BLVD., TAMPA, FL 33617, said property more particularly described as: EAST 150 FEET OF THE NORTH 125 FEET OF TRACT 43, TEMPLE TERRACES, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
including the following, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, whether now existing or hereafter arising and wherever located:
(A) All accessions, attachments, accessories, tools, parts, supplies, replacements of and additions to any of the collateral described herein, whether added now or later.
(B) All products and produce of any of the property described in this Collateral section.
(C) All accounts, general intangibles, instruments, rents, monies, payments, and all other rights, arising out of a sale, lease, consignment or other disposition of any of the property described in this Collateral section.
(D) All proceeds (including insurance proceeds) from the sale, destruction, loss, or other disposition of any of the property described in this Collateral section, and sums due from a third party who has damaged or destroyed the Collateral or from that party's insurer, whether due to judgment, settlement or other process.
(E) All records and data relating to any of the property described in this Collateral section, whether in the form of a writing, photograph, microfilm, microfiche, or electronic media, together with all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to all computer software required to utilize, create, maintain, and process any such records or data on electronic media.
The property aforesaid, together with all improvements, buildings, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, is being sold to satisfy FBFNA's claims under said Judgment.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
