NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-022238 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, Successor by Merger to GMAC Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Frank Encarnacion, Frances Encarnacion, Bank of America, National Association, Jane Doe N/K/A Maureen O'Brien-Martinez, Providence Lakes Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
