NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-002533, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH2 is the Plaintiff and ENRIQUE BERNARDEZ A/K/A ENRIQUE BERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ENRIQUE BERNARDEZ A/K/A ENRIQUE BERNANDEZ A/K/A GRETTA BERNARDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
