NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006629, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. Umpqua Bank, Plaintiff and EMMA J. LESTER-BALLARD A/K/A EMMA JEAN LESTER F/K/A EMMA J. BALLARD; WILLIE R. BALLARD A/K/A WILLIE RODNEY BALLARD A/K/A W. RODNEY BALLARD; , ET AL, are defendants.
