The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-ABC1, Plaintiff and ALBERT LOFORTE; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 20, 2013, at 10:00a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
