NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-008383, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and STEELE WILLIAMS A/K/A STEELE T. WILLIAMS; TRACI WILLIAMS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, IN BLOCK 14 OF.RIVERCREST, PHASE IB3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102,AT PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
