NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Summary Final Judgment dated April 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-014033 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES M. BRESCIA, SOUTH POINTE OF TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 10, 2013 at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 10, SOUTH POINTE, PHASE 3A - 3B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 43, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
