NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006745 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-WFHE2, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-WFHE2, is the Plaintiff and Rita C. Larsen, Tenant #1 , Tenant #2 , The Unknown Spouse of Rita C. Larsen , ISPC, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
