NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 24th day of May 2013 , at 10:00am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 15, BUILDING 5503, HERITAGE LAKE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12622, PAGE 1763, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13520, PAGE 1487, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 132, PAGES 23 THROUGH 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
