NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-013396-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R6, is the Plaintiff and LISA BECKFORD; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 45.70 FEET OF THE WEST 91.40 FEET OF THE NORTH 135.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SPRUCE STREET.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
