THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 162, TRADEWINDS, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TRADEWINDS, A CONDOMINIUM. AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4270, PAGES 1023-1063, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 114-116, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS OF RECORD AND TAXES FOR THE CURRENT YEAR.
