Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2007-AR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR4, Plaintiff and Betty R. Herold a/k/a Betty Herold are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
