NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 3, 2013, in Case No. 52-2012-CA-005513 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Nurka Poljac, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 21st day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 304, COVE CAY CONDOMINIUM TWENTY-SIX SIXTEEN VILLAGE I, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPUFTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O,R. BOOK 3937, PAGE79, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 67-70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
