NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 3, 2013, in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007794 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, is Plaintiff, and Charles E. Duvall a/k/a Charles Duvall, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 21st day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 64 OF OVERLOOK AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 20 TO 22, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
