NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-013105CICI-20, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and DANIEL G. JURANKO; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CURTISS R. GRAZEONO; JOHN DOE 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A KEVIN, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK “B”, UNIT “D”, OF SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
