Notice is given that pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 08-006437-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, FV-I, IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC, is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are DONNA MARIE WILLIAMS; WILLIAM ROBERT WILLIAMS; WINDRUSH COVE, INC.; REPUBLIC BANK; IF LIVING, AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS.
