NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-013780 O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is the Plaintiff and Jesus Santana; Maricela Santana, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 27, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin at the Southwest Corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 20 South, Range 28 East, Thence North 123.5 Feet, East 494 Feet, South 123.5 Feet, and West 494 Feet to the Point of Beginning.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remainning funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
