LEACH A/K/A JUNE MCMILLAN-LEACH; FALCON TRACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHCHASE-WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 08/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
