NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-005368-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificate holders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OC6 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OC6 is the Plaintiff and Marianela Mediavilla-Guzman; Jose Osvaldo Guzman; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for SouthStar Funding, LLC.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenatn #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK A, SHENANDOAH PARK FOURTH ADDITION REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
