NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the Foreclosure dated May 20,2013, entered in Civil Case No. 48-2008-CA-005445 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 19th day of August, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com , relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, WATERFORD CHASE VILLAGE, TRACT F, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 149, 150 AND 151, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA;SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
