I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, GLYNWOOD PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 72 TROUGH 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
