Final Judgment was awarded on July 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 48-2009-CA-010139 O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, GOLFVIEW AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALBERTO V PEREZ; RUBY E PEREZ; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOHN ADIARTE; JANE DOE N/K/A SAMANTHA LAI; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
