Final Judgment was awarded on July 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-003083-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and, THOMAS ARTHUR POLLARD A/K/A THOMAS A. POLLARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS ARTHUR POLLARD A/K/A THOMAS A. POLLARD; THE COLONIES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
