Final Judgment was awarded on July 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-013594-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, TRUSTEE FOR THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-9 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff, and, CLEMENT AJAYI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLEMENT AJAYI; THE MAGNOLIA COURT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Colleen M. Reilly, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on August 22, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
