The Clerk shall sell the following property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 1, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
LOT 44, RIO VILLA LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 12A THROUGH 12E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
