NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-225-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FIDDLER'S GREEN NATURE TRAIL ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JANE P. MERRITT is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of November, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 218, FIDDLER'S GREEN NATURE TRAIL, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2606, Page 420, et seq., and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 13, Pages 13A through 13F of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
