NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 09, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-001719 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff and SUSAN DI RICO; TENANT #1 N/K/A RICH J. DI RICO JR., and TENANT #2 N/K/A JONATHAN J DI RICO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 25 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
