NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-184-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WEST WIND ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and MITCHELL B. FOGEL and BEVERLY A. FOGEL are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 19 day of AUGUST, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 51, WEST WIND MOBILE HOME ESTATES, a Condominium as more fully shown in Official Record Book 630, Pages 1883 through 1932, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended; together with all undivided interests in the common elements or surpluses accruing to said property.
A/K/A: 200 Key Lime Lane, Unit 151, Naples, FL 34114
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
