Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, that Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 21st day of August, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., in the Lobby of the Third Floor, the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
The East 1/2 of Tract 120, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 97, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 95 and 96, of the public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
