Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 2 AND 3, BLOCK 32, NEW MARKET SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 104, PUBLIC RECORDS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 309 Adams Avenue West, Immokalee, FL 34142
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. on August 21, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
