NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-001496 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and ROSITA GONZALEZ, ET AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 21 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 4, BLOCK 164, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 117 TO 123 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. Tax ID: 36237600001
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
